Cómo eliminar el aviso The Alias directive tras instalar PHPMyAdmin

Si después de haber instalado PHPMyAdmin desde los repositorios, al relanzar el servidor Apache:
#sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

el terminal nos devuelve un aviso (por partida doble) de este tipo:

Restarting web server apache2
[Tue Jun 25 23:59:08 2013] [warn] The Alias directive in /etc/phpmyadmin/apache.conf at line 3 will probably never match because it overlaps an earlier Alias.
apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName

... waiting [Tue Jun 25 23:59:09 2013] [warn] The Alias directive in /etc/phpmyadmin/apache.conf at line 3 will probably never match because it overlaps an earlier Alias.
apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName
[ OK ]

basta que abramos el archivo /etc/apache2/apache2.conf y comentemos la última línea:
Include /etc/phpmyadmin/apache.conf
